Episode description and notes

I'm Holly Erin Copeland, a conservation scientist who spent twenty-five years trying to save wild landscapes, only to discover that science can't save humanity or the planet. After years of burnout, illness, and heartbreak for the planet, I had a realization that changed everything: caring for the Earth and caring for ourselves aren't separate. Our inner world is part of nature. The same intelligence that grows forests and guides migrations lives inside you. I call this journey back to that intelligence Inner Rewilding: reconnecting with your own inner landscape, slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering that your body and spirit are part of the natural world too. My toolbox includes a blend of both the ancient and modern: meditation, sound healing, breathwork, biofield tuning, and plant medicine. More than anything, I love sitting in the ineffable mystery together—reminding each other that slowing down and listening deeply isn't giving up on the world; it's the most radical thing we can do. Together we reconnect with the wild intelligence of being. If you've found your way here, chances are something in you already knows: you don't need saving. None of us do. We need homecoming.
