Kyle Bender Broker, Investor & Real Estate Entrepreneur Helping Clients Build Long-Term Wealth Hi, I’m Kyle Bender — a real estate entrepreneur, broker, investor, and the CEO of Scarlett Property Group at eXp Realty based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the last two decades, I’ve built multiple businesses across brokerage, real estate investing, and property management, helping clients and investors create long-term wealth through real estate. My passion for real estate started early through an interest in development and investing. I moved to Charlotte to pursue the business full-time, building custom homes while earning my real estate license at night. Since then, I’ve grown a business that has closed more than 1,200 transactions and expanded into property management and investment consulting across the Carolinas. Today, I lead a high-performing real estate team while also running Scarlett Properties, a property management company focused on helping investors scale and protect their portfolios. I’m passionate about building systems that allow businesses to grow sustainably, creating long-term financial freedom through real estate, and helping agents transition from solo operators into true business owners.
