Episode description and notes

Paul Furiga Paul Furiga, Chief Storyteller. Paul Furiga is the founder of Pittsburgh-based public relations/marketing agency WordWrite. After 23 years, the WordWrite team recently joined forces with the great team at the Vendilli digital agency. While Paul is many things, above all he is a storyteller. Paul spent the first two decades of his career as a journalist before transitioning to public relations. After making the career change, Paul spent several years working at the global agency Ketchum Public Relations, then founded his own firm in 2002. WordWrite was created and thrived on the principle of storytelling for clients, which continue today at Vendilli. Paul and his team employ the trademarked StoryCrafting process, which helps providers of complex products and services uncover what Paul calls their Capital S Story. Paul grew WordWrite from a startup agency to one of the leading firms in Pittsburgh and a nationally recognized firm. Paul's book is Finding Your Capital S Story, Why Your Story Drives Your Brand. He is an active board member of many organizations, including the global agency network, PR Boutiques International. As an industry leader, expert storyteller, and passionate entrepreneur with a goal of creating success for clients by sharing their great stories, Paul would be an excellent interview to discuss better connecting with an audience to deliver results, and how to build a great organizational brand through story.
