Spiritual Awakening 101 welcomes Dr. Dorothy Martin-Neville, a licensed psychologist and leadership coach who helps successful people reconnect with themselves and find meaning beyond their achievements. Dorothy's calling began at age six, when growing up in a low income community led her to believe that life could hold more possibilities than the circumstances around her suggested. Her path took her from social work and life as a Catholic nun to psychology and leadership coaching. Each chapter deepened her understanding of how people grow, struggle, and find their way forward. In this conversation, Dorothy explores a question many leaders face: What happens when you achieve the success you worked for, but still feel empty inside? She discusses how constant striving can distance us from who we are, why external success may not resolve that feeling, and how reconnecting with ourselves can make life more fulfilling.
