Entrepreneurship 101 in its first season features Lidia Axe as my guest.

Episode description and notes

Lidia Axe I help [ex]corporate overachievers turn their dreams into paying clients in their solobusiness. No blood, sweat, or tears required. Maybe some tears I help talented, heart-driven, qualified coaches go from “I’m posting and praying” to consistent $10K+ months—without resorting to sleazy tactics or cookie-cutter advice. If you’re still stuck juggling a full-time job and a part-time coaching hustle that barely covers your software stack, I’m the coach who will lovingly—but firmly—call you out on what’s keeping you stuck. And spoiler: it’s probably not your skills. It’s your strategy. WHAT I BELIEVE: ・ Sales is service—if you truly believe in your work, you owe it to people to make the offer ・ Content without a conversion path is just unpaid performance ・ You don’t need another certification—you need paying clients ・ You’re not “bad at marketing.” You’ve just never been shown how to do it in a way that feels good ・ Specificity attracts. Generality repels. (Yes, you need a niche. Yes, even if you “help everyone.”) ・ You don’t need a bigger audience. You need a better offer. ・ Showing up consistently beats switching strategies every two weeks because “Instagram hates me” WHAT I TALK ABOUT ON PODCASTS: I’m known for cutting through the fluff and talking about the real reasons most coaches struggle financially—and what to do about it. If you host a podcast for coaches, solopreneurs, service-based business owners, or anyone in the online space who’s sick of the “just post more” hamster wheel, I’m your person.
