Jane Muir is a Miami attorney, whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, contracts and general counsel. Her diverse experience includes purchase, sale and management of businesses, and enforcing a variety of business contracts, prosecuting partnership and real estate disputes, defending intellectual property rights, and recovering assets. She has been appointed to serve as Receiver in several Florida circuit courts, to temporarily manage businesses during legal disputes, and recognized with several significant honors and awards, such as the Florida Bar's 2015 Young Lawyers Division’s Lynn Futch Most Productive Young Lawyer Award.
