Episode description and notes

Walter Rusniaczek Walter is a sales leader and former actor‑comedian who blends humor, experience, and personal development to help people thrive under pressure daily!! Walter is the guest people argue about, quote, and remember. A former actor and comedian turned sales leader, he brings more than 30 years of experience from high‑pressure sales environments where performance mattered and excuses didn’t. His journey includes personal loss, hard-earned accountability, and a profound reckoning that reshaped how he approaches leadership, trust, and responsibility. Still very much a work in progress, Walter speaks with uncommon honesty about rebuilding a life, learning how trust is formed, and what it takes to stop performing strength and start practicing it. VIDEO CLIP NOTE: Before the clip rolls: yes, it’s an old one. Think “historic footage.” As Dean Wormer said in Animal House, “Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, young man.” Walter heard that… eventually. Adjustments were made.
