Episode description and notes

Fragoza S. Artist, Business Owner, Author Most people pick one sector, one career and one path. Its just not in me; I have walked a traditional path earning my bachelors in Communications and my Masters in Kinesiology, followed by 7 years in corporate America selling insurance. I have trained in MMA for 10 + years and have rolled with some of the best in the world earning an All-American status in Wrestling. I am working on my third children's book. My main passion is music and performance, you can find me on IMBD under FRAGOZa as well as Spotify. I am the owner of Collecting Heads Media, as well as a Co-Owner of The HeadSpace Studios. And on any given day, you can find me doing the same thing we do every day...
