An MBA and SHRM-SCP certified Culture Strategist, she helps business owners and leaders develop strong company cultures that enhance organizational identity, drive employee engagement, and deliver exceptional performance. Adriana began her career focused on improving business processes, learning ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise, and Project Management.
